About Dahlia
Hi, I'm Dahlia! I started playing piano at age five and by high school I was performing classical repertoire at recitals, playing keyboard in my school jazz ensemble, and exploring synthesizer programming for music production. I hold a Bachelor of Music Education (B.M.Ed.) from the University of Florida, where my training covered classical piano performance, contemporary keyboard styles, synthesizer fundamentals, and advanced music theory. With 6 years of teaching experience, I have worked with over 275 happy students across the US, from absolute beginners discovering their first scales to teens exploring synthesizer and keyboard for creative music production projects. I was recognized with the Piano and Keyboard Educator Award by the Florida Music Teachers Association for my innovative and student-centered approach to piano instruction. My sessions always revolve around what inspires you most about the instrument.

My lessons cover Classical Piano, Contemporary Piano Styles, Keyboard, Synthesizer Basics and Sound Design, Music Theory, Sight-Reading, Scales, Chord Progressions, Improvisation, and Piano Performance Skills.
