About Kiana

I am a physics tutor with 11 years of experience and a PhD in Physics. My interest in physics began with curiosity about natural laws and how they explain everyday phenomena. Over time, this curiosity developed into a strong passion for teaching and helping students understand complex ideas in a simple way. I have worked with students from different levels and helped them improve both their understanding and confidence. My aim is to make physics clear, engaging, and accessible for every learner.

My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex topics into simple steps and use real-life examples to make learning easier. I also focus on developing strong problem-solving skills so students can work independently. Creating a supportive learning environment is very important to me. Students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I provide regular feedback and guidance to help them improve consistently and build confidence over time.

I continue to update my knowledge and teaching methods to keep my lessons effective and relevant. Teaching physics is very rewarding because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and develop a strong interest in the subject. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically but also to help them build confidence in their abilities. By the end, students feel prepared, motivated, and capable of handling physics with clarity and confidence.

My physics lessons are designed to help students understand concepts clearly and apply them confidently in different situations. I focus on explaining the logic behind formulae so students do not rely on memorisation. Topics such as motion, forces, energy, waves, and electricity are taught using simple explanations and relatable real-life examples. Each concept is broken down into smaller steps so students can follow without confusion. I create a calm and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Practice problems are included in every lesson to strengthen understanding and improve accuracy over time.

Lessons are carefully structured based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple problem-solving methods. Intermediate students focus on numerical problem solving, understanding formulae, and applying concepts correctly. Advanced learners work on complex topics, derivations, and exam preparation strategies. I provide step-by-step guidance and detailed feedback in every session. Students are encouraged to explain their reasoning, which improves clarity and confidence. Regular revision sessions are included to ensure concepts are retained effectively.

Physics becomes much easier when students understand concepts deeply and practise regularly. My goal is to help learners overcome fear and develop confidence in the subject. As they progress, they begin to enjoy solving problems and understanding how the world works. Many students develop a strong interest in physics and perform better academically. I focus on steady progress, deep understanding, and consistent effort. By the end, students feel confident, capable, and ready to approach physics with clarity, accuracy, and strong analytical thinking skills.
