About Thayba

-I am a Physician Associate and Medical science graduate with an avid interest in tutoring students from primary school to university level. - My unique, all-rounded and divergent thinking approach allows me to come up with innovative approaches to learning and offering a tailored-based approach for each student - My positive, caring nature allows me to easily interact with people from all walks of life and making it easy for students to feel comfortable learning from me. - My mindful, ambitious and driven nature allows me to give my full commitment and potential to every job role I undertake. - I am able to positively switch roles from team leader to team player depending on the situation whilst prioritising the important tasks first. - Always ready to learn and improve myself further whilst actively listening and taking on board constructive criticism.

About the lesson

Lessons are one-to-one approach face-to-face or online. I can accommodate and teach younger children in groups or individually. I have experience teaching children with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and autism. Lessons involve me teaching the children/young adults in a friendly approachable manner with content based on their exam board and specification. Then children are given exam-style questions as a starter or end of each lesson so they can familiarise themselves with exam-style questions early on; which helps build their confidence. I encourage the students to ask questions and the first session involves me getting to understand the child/young adult and their learning techniques. If students are unaware of their learning methods then I incorporate a range of methods to see which method the student prefers. - lessons are 1-2 hr weekly slots. A-level students and university students can have more sessions during the week. -I can also teach university level Medical students, Physician Associate students and Medical Science students. - I can offer help with university essay structure, dissertation help, knowledge help and entrance exam help. - 11 plus and entrance exams help with verbal, non-verbal, maths and English.
