About Marie

Hi, my name is Marie. I’m a native English speaker, qualified PE teacher and fitness professional with a genuine passion for health, fitness and inspiring young people to develop a lifelong love for an active and healthy lifestyle. In today’s world, young people have more distractions than ever, and I strongly believe that finding an active hobby can open up so many positive opportunities. Sport and fitness can help young people build confidence, discipline, resilience and self-belief, while creating healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Alongside my passion for fitness, I have extensive teaching experience and can provide tutoring and academic support in GCSE and A-Level Physical Education. I aim to make lessons engaging, easy to understand and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they need help understanding key concepts, preparing for exams, improving their answers or building confidence in the subject. My goal is to inspire young people both inside and outside the classroom — helping them achieve their academic goals while developing a positive relationship with exercise, nutrition, health and wellbeing. I believe that when young people find something they genuinely enjoy, they are far more likely to stay active, confident and motivated for life.
