About Ana Clara
I have a Physical Education degree at USP. I am trained in classical ballet, pole dance and contemporary dance and Gymnastic For All. I started teaching in 2017, having experience with children and adults, neurodiverse people and people with disabilities.

Physical Education teacher, I have been teaching since 2017. I work with an inclusive perspective of exploring the possibilities of movement of each body, combined with scenic experiments. Through games and improvisation exercises, and body awareness exercises. You will be able to discover your own way of dancing, and feel confident to create your own choreography.
