About Laura

I am a received teacher, coaching student, circus and dance apprentice. I am constantly in training and I dedicate myself to working with various people according to their tastes and possibilities, seeking to exploit their potential to the fullest. I work from and for the physical, emotional and mental well-being of people.

About the lesson

I rely on Biomechanics, meditation and different body/therapeutic techniques to accompany the process of getting our body going. We will go from the personal recognition of our body and we will explore all the possibilities of movements that are possible.
