About Gil
I have a degree in Physical Education from Universidade Mackenzie and a Masters in Sports Training for Children and Youth from the University of Coimbra in Portugal.
I work as a Personal Trainer, where I aim to develop the quality of life of my clients. I don't work with "fashionable" movements, because I believe in the scientific basis that Physical Education has developed so far and it consistently gives results to my clients!!
I am a partner owner of the (concealed information) Franchise, where I am supported by a group of Physical Education professionals to discuss interventions with my clients, in order to achieve the best results.
I always develop training based on the individual characteristics of my client, I respect their goals and characteristics and together we seek the best performance strategies!
I have experience to develop work with the following groups:
- Cardiopathy
- Obese
- Hypertensive
- Metabolic Syndromes
- Sports Performance
Furthermore, also I am a university professor, where I teach the subjects of Motor Learning, Motor Development and sports, Basketball, Volleyball and Football. I base my classes on building knowledge together with the student, because I believe that like him, I also have a lot to learn from him.

Both my Personal Trainer classes and school reinforcement, I believe in the joint construction of knowledge and performance, so, in agreement with my student, I build what will be developed in classes, and through the daily assessments, we adjust according to the characteristics of the client.
