About Jon
I am a PhD student at University College London where I study Human-Computer Interaction and work as the Lead Demonstrator on the BSc Psychology program where I support with the delivery of the first-year module Introduction to Psychological Experimentation. I am a graduate of the University of Birmingham, where I studied both a BSc and MSc in Psychology.
I have worked in various roles where I have taught and mentored secondary school students, including two years as the Outreach Manager at the National College for Digital Skills where I was responsible for the design and delivery of an outreach program which aimed to inspire young people to pursue a career in the technology industry.

My lessons are geared towards students studying Psychology at either school or university, or who wish to learn about the subject privately. In particular, I specialise in developing my students' writing skills, working on the accuracy, precision and clarity of your written communication.
As well as writing skills, I can also provide tutoring for undergraduate students on content which aligns with my areas of specialism. This includes cognitive psychology, media psychology qualitative and quantitative research methods and human-computer interaction (please don't hesitate to reach out if you're interested in areas other than these and I'll see if I can help). For school students, I can cover both A Level and GCSE Psychology.
I take a student-focused approach to lessons, tailoring it to your goals and preferred learning style. Lesson will last for an hour and will involve completing a short piece of homework ahead of each one.
