About Lisa
I am currently a PhD student at the Toulouse School of Economics and have a master's degree from HEC Paris, the #1 French Business School. I am specialized in applied econometrics and work on topics in development microeconomics.
I am a teacher's assistant (TA) in microeconomics and econometrics for bachelor and master students.
In the past I have given private classes to high school students as well as students preparing the competitive exams to enter the French Grande Ecoles system.

I usually have exercises handy that we can work on but I have no problem working on other course material.
It's really important for me that the intuition behind concepts is understood. I usually give some practical examples of the concrete use of theoretical methods for data analysis.
I usually divide the lesson in several chapters, each of which has one main concept. I try to give the intuition first and then develop the explanation with some exercises. Questions are welcome anytime.
