About Rehan
I’m Rehan, a PhD student at the University of Cambridge working in programming, data science, and cancer AI. I enjoy teaching because I genuinely like helping students understand complex ideas in simple ways. I’ve mentored many learners, from motivated teenagers to university applicants, and I bring patience, structure, and real academic experience to every lesson. My goal is to support students who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve ambitious academic paths.

I take a clear, structured approach to tutoring: I focus on understanding, not memorisation, and I guide students step-by-step through problems until concepts genuinely “click.” My lessons typically run 60–90 minutes and are adapted to each student's pace and goals. I draw on my experience as a Cambridge PhD student to teach programming (Python, data science, AI basics) and to mentor students applying to competitive universities. I work with motivated learners from secondary school to university level and help them build confidence, strong foundations, and a clear path towards their academic ambitions.
