About Harshini
I am a passionate and experienced educator with a PhD in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, along with an MBA and MSW. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to teach and mentor learners across Doctoral, Postgraduate, Bachelor’s, Diploma, and Foundation levels. My academic and professional experience enables me to combine strong theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world perspectives. I am committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing critical thinking skills, and building confidence in their abilities. My goal is not simply to teach a subject, but to help every learner understand, apply, and appreciate what they learn while working towards their academic and professional goals.

I hold a PhD in Management, with specialization in Human Resource Management, along with an MBA and MSW, and have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught students at Doctoral, Postgraduate, Bachelor’s, Diploma, and Foundation levels.
