About Inês
I am Portuguese. With my extensive teaching experience and background as the author of school textbooks and educational materials, I’m able to quickly identify students' learning challenges and offer personalized exercises to address them. My teaching experience in Cape Verde and the Czech Republic has also enriched my ability to include culturally diverse topics in conversation practice, such as short videos about Portuguese people and aspects of life in Portugal, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the country’s social and cultural contexts.

I teach Portuguese in a personalized way, tailored to each student's goals. The lessons are dynamic and cover all five core skills: listening comprehension, speaking, grammar, reading, and writing. One skill area can be given more emphasis, depending on the student's interests. And yes—Portuguese verbs may be wild, but with me, even the irregular ones start behaving!
