About Gary
I am a current Doctoral Researcher (PhD candidate) within the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship as part of the prestigious University of Strathclyde Business School. My background includes general business studies, business analysis, business strategy and entrepreneurship. I have previously tutored undergraduate students within modules such as business organisation, strategic management and entrepreneurship and additionally, I have previously offered proof reading services. In the past, I have helped a diverse array of students improve their grades by at least one classification (i.e. 2:2 to 2:1) and have varying experience tutoring students who are studying for Nationals, Higher's and HNC/HND qualifications.

My main level of expertise is HNC level and above, however I am willing to help with school students too where appropriate. The lessons I give are always altered to the students need and learning style; which will be identified following a quick chat with the student. As a result I will tailor my lesson plan to the individual in order to ensure the student responds well and a positive relationship is forged between us. Fundamentally, I usually like to ascertain what specific areas the student wishes to improve upon and from this, a structure will be followed in order to remain on track and will be supplemented by debates and conversations based on readings and/or previous lessons to promote critical thinking.
