About Adriano
I am an AI Research Scientist with a PhD in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bristol, UK.
My academic and professional background includes:
- BSc in Physics from Sapienza University of Rome.
- MSc in Data Science from Sapienza University of Rome, graduated with 110/110 cum laude.
- PhD in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bristol.
- Experience as a Research Scientist Intern at Meta in New York, working on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision research.
- Currently working as an AI Research Scientist, developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world industrial applications.
- Previous tutoring experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
I work with Python, PyTorch, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Transformers on a daily basis, both from a theoretical and practical perspective.
My goal is not only to help students understand how to write code or use an algorithm, but also to understand why it works, when to use it and how to approach similar problems independently.
My lessons are suitable for complete beginners, university students, junior Data Scientists, developers and professionals who want to strengthen their knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Whenever possible, I use notebooks, visual explanations and real-world examples to make complex concepts easier to understand.
If you are already working on a project, we can also work directly on your code, dataset or model and solve problems together.
The objective is not simply to give you the correct answer, but to help you develop the skills and reasoning needed to solve similar problems independently.

I mainly teach online, which makes it easy to work together on code, notebooks, exercises and projects through screen sharing.
The free 30-minute introductory session is used to understand your current level, discuss your goals and decide how to structure the lessons.
