Hi, I’m Elena. I have a PhD in neuroscience and a master’s degree in statistics, and I’ve taught and tutored university students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. I’m a PhD-qualified academic with experience tutoring university students in both academic writing and statistics. My approach is structured, supportive, and personalised to each student’s goals. Each session is 60 minutes: The first 15 minutes are dedicated to discussing what you need help with and creating a focused plan. The remaining 45 minutes are used for targeted work — whether it's improving an essay, structuring a dissertation, or tackling statistical analysis. I’ve tutored undergraduate and master’s students across disciplines and have supported international students looking to strengthen their academic English. I also provide support in statistics — including planning analyses, interpreting results, and using tools like SPSS or R. My lessons are designed for students aged 18+ who want to build clarity, confidence, and stronger academic performance. Whether you need one-off support or regular guidance, sessions are collaborative and tailored to your level and learning style.
