About Alea
Hi, I’m Alea, a behavioural therapist, mentor, and parent coach with 13 years of experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and behavioral challenges. Living with ADHD myself, I understand the unique obstacles it presents, and I’m passionate about helping you create strategies to improve focus, organisation, and behavior.
I work with parents, children, and adults to build lasting skills in academic performance, routine, and structure.
With my background as a behavioural therapist and mentor, I offer coaching that is both empathetic and solution-focused. Together, we can develop strategies to improve academic skills, stay organised, and create routines that foster success. My approach is flexible, personalized, and centered on helping individuals and families thrive.
Let’s work together to build the skills, structure, and confidence you need to succeed.

Recommendations
Recommendations are written by the tutor's friends, family, and acquaintances.
Alea was my colleague; we worked closely together as she was my team mate. Alea has a great style of teaching and with her hardwork, she has acquired many skills over the last few years. She has coached many parents on how to support their children. Alea's rapid skill development was aided by her empathy, passion and a drive to improve others' lives.
My name is Corina. I have known Alea for 5 years. I met her at church where she attends regularly.
She is a very friendly , positive and caring young lady.
She is involved as a volunteer at the church and is very enthusiastic and committed.
Alea would be very big asset to any company or business.I had the privilege of working with Alea as a Behavioural Coach for my nonverbal daughter, who has autism, global developmental delay, and ADHD. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Alea provided exceptional support with communication, toilet training, and managing challenging behaviours.
Alea is not only professional but also incredibly kind, caring, empathetic, and joyful. Working with her was an absolute pleasure.
I wholeheartedly recommend Alea to anyone seeking support with communication, behavioural management, or any aspect of working with children with autism or developmental differences. She is an incredibly experienced coach and a truly wonderful person. Our family is deeply grateful for the positive impact she has made in our lives.
Thank you, Alea!See more recommendations
