About Sean
I am a part time student in personal training and psychology. I achieved full colours in swimming, and half colours in squash and cricket during high school. I have an aptitude for fitness and sports, specifically cricket, squash and basketball.

My coaching philosophy includes developing a high level of fitness first, and skill development second. However, skill development is generally more fun and keeps children interested in the sport and so I balance out the two areas. For the kids who wish to compete or become elite, a more specialized training program will be necessary.
