About Nick
I am a physical therapist with a degree in nutrition and dietetics, but my passion lies in spreading joy, building relationships, and instilling confidence. Achieving weight/aesthetic goals is a great way to improve one's confidence but I want to emphasize that love for yourself is infinitely more important, and it does not come from external validation.
