Certified ISSA Personal Trainer. I’m in the middle of my nutrition and sports nutrition coach certifications. I grew up with fitness as my parents are: sports medicine doctors and personal trainers. I’ve been through it all. Done all of the fads. I’m here to teach you a new lifestyle of your goal. It’s time to reach it

Hi there! My name is Talia and I am a certified personal trainer. I’m here to help YOU! Let me start by saying, congrats on taking that first step of looking for a trainer. Two, I’ve been in your shoes and that’s why I am here today. I’ve tried all there is to lose weight and nothing worked until I found my coach. She taught me the most simple yet effective way to reach my goal. Whether your goal is to lose or gain weight or build muscle. I’m here to guide you to succeed. We will have a great call that will end on you starting the next day!!! I can’t wait to chat with you !!

Talia is such an amazing personal trainer! At just 22 years old, she already has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. She is dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals and is constantly finding new and innovative ways to do so. Her workouts are challenging, but she always makes sure to modify them to fit each individual's needs. She is also great at explaining proper form and technique to prevent injury.
