About Julie

A Polestar Pilates studio/Mat instructor who has worked in a Pilates teaching organisation, helped mentor and assist many students to become the best version of themselves. Currently studying a degree in TCM (acupuncture) to provide complete holistic approach to health.

About the lesson

My teaching method is mindful of each individual. Each person learns differently whether that be visual, verbal or physical. It is important to understand the individuals goals and find the best method to achieve them.
