Degree in Organizational Psychology from the Universidad de las Américas, AC; Degree in Special Education in the area of Learning Problems from the Normal School of Specialization. Master in Management Coaching - Sports and High Performance Sports Psychology from the UNISPORT Management School of Barcelona Spain. Specialty in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. Certification in Sports Training by the National School in Sports Training, as well as Certification in Knowledge Management in Neuroeducation by GM3s. He has twenty-five years of experience in the educational and sports field and twenty years in the area of Consulting and Human Capital. Focused on the Talent of Organizations, basing his expertise in Education and Human Capital throughout his working life, as well as in Coaching and Sports Training strategies.
