About Courtney
I a an undergraduate college student majoring in Communications. Something I am passionate about is mental health and overcoming what others may think holds us back. I went to counseling and learned how to help others who struggle with the same thing that I went through. I used to freeze before giving public speeches, and now I give weekly speeches in front of 250 people. I want to help people overcome their fears and be the best version of themselves!

I am a student who has struggled with anxiety. Mental health and personal development is something I am passionate about because I have dealt with it and I want others to know how to deal with it. I would start with an introduction and then we would focus on specific areas in which help is needed. I would coach them through situations and help them realize they can do this. These lessons are for kids who need help getting ready to transition between schools, may have a public speaking project coming up, or who may deal with anxiety.
