About Roya
I was born in Iran, where the official language is Persian. I have been going to school there for approx. 10 years where Persian language and literature was one of my favorite subjects. I also have a great deal of experience in learning a new language and therefore know the essentials of a professional language teaching.
I believe in lifelong learning and have a great passion to teach and share my knowledge with others while learning something new from them and the process itself to become even better.

- read, understand and translate texts in Persian,
- write an even better assignment on the Persian language, culture and history,
- communicate with an Iranian or Afghan friend / employee in Persian,
- have the most important words in your luggage for your trip to Iran, Afghanistan or Tajikistan,
- or achieve a completely different purpose,
I am here to help and guide you in your learning journey from A to Z or rather from الف [alef] to ی [ye] :-)
After gaining knowledge of your learning styles and knowledge needs, we organize together a lesson plan that ensures you the greatest possible learning benefit. In the lesson plan, we can make use of both presentations, text and video about speaking, reading and writing the language and about Iranian culture and history as you wish. Exercises, of course, we can not get around. You can get specific assignments from me or be referred to some materials online so you can practice at your own pace and at any time. I can also order books in Persian for you.
All in all, it will be a fun, meaningful and educational experience that I look forward to.
