About Quinn
I am starting in September as the assistant principal violist of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. I am also the principal violist of both the 2025 Montreal Bach Festival Orchestra and the Orchestre de l'Agora. I hold a Master's degree from the Université de Montréal, where I studied with Juan-Miguel Hernandez and was the recipient of several awards including the Bourse Cecile et Cesar Uguay, Bourse Luc Vinet, and Bourse d'Excellence, as well as my Bachelor's and Performance Diploma from Indiana University, where I studied with Ed Gazouleas. I have been a substitute musician with other orchestras including the Jacksonville (FL, USA) Symphony, Orchestre Métropolitain, Violons du Roy, and Orchestre Classique de Montréal.

Professor Quinn is, without a doubt, one of the greatest violists I’ve ever met. Absolutely incredible musician and person. I can’t recommend him enough!
One of the best viola player in town and also one of the kindest person! I've sat next to him in orchestra and not only is he professional but also the strongest violist I could have asked for. I have no doubt he's a great pedagogue :)
