About Robert
I am a professional jazz saxophonist based in the Philadelphia area with years of experience performing and studying music. I regularly perform with small ensembles and jazz groups and have a deep passion for sharing music with others. My goal as a teacher is to help students build confidence, develop a strong musical foundation, and discover their own voice on the instrument. I enjoy working with students of all levels and believe learning music should be both challenging and fun.

My lessons focus on helping students develop strong fundamentals, a great tone, and confidence on the saxophone. As a performing jazz saxophonist based in Philadelphia, I bring real-world musical experience into every lesson. Students will learn proper technique, tone development, music theory, and improvisation in a supportive and encouraging environment. I work with beginners, intermediate players, and advancing students who want to grow musically. Lessons are personalized to each student’s goals, whether that is learning the basics, improving school band performance, or developing jazz improvisation and musical expression.
