About Xenia
I am a doctoral graduate of UCLA. Originally from Sydney Australia, I spent some time in London before moving to USA. I am adept in all genres of classical music; I do also specialise in contemporary music. I was the TA at UCLA between 2016-2019, currently a Teaching Artist at YOLA @ Inglewood, Violin sectional coach at Mira Costa High School, and Staff at UCLA's Music school. As a performer, I have performed around Australia, NZ, UK, USA, China, and the EU, as violinist and violist.

Performing can be demanding, and it is essential for performers to know how to prevent debilitating injuries. My philosophy is concentrated on artistic individualism and physical ease. I have a responsibility to communicate our authenticity and to always offer my utmost to the widest array of students. It is also very important for violinists to understand how to remain physically healthy in spite of demands placed upon them in long hours of playing and practicing.
