About Clare
Hello, I’m Clare — a Performance & Well-Being Coach specialising in helping children, teenagers and high-achieving students build confidence, resilience and emotional strength.
With many years of experience in education, teaching, mentoring and coaching, I understand the pressures young people face today — from academic stress and perfectionism to anxiety, low confidence and fear of failure.
I specialise in performance coaching, supporting young people to perform at their best in school, sport and life without sacrificing their wellbeing. I help them manage pressure, strengthen self-belief, improve focus and develop healthier ways to cope with stress and high expectations.
Using practical coaching tools drawn from CBT, NLP and mindset coaching, I create a warm, supportive space where young people feel understood, empowered and ready to thrive.
My client feedback consistently highlights the positive impact of my coaching, with parents and clients highlighting increased confidence, calmer thinking, improved resilience and stronger performance under pressure.
My mission is simple: helping young people feel calmer, stronger and more confident — because performance is strongest when wellbeing comes first.
