About Zari
For the past 12 years, I have been fully committed to teaching Guitar to learners of all ages and skill levels. I work with school students, college learners, and working professionals who want structured and effective guidance.
My teaching philosophy is simple: strong fundamentals, regular practice, and gradual improvement lead to long-term success. I focus on chord transitions, rhythm patterns, finger exercises, scale practice, and understanding music theory. I also help students overcome stage fear and perform confidently.
Many of my students have participated in school and college programmes, cultural events, and competitions. Seeing their growth from beginners to skilled performers is incredibly rewarding. I provide personal guidance and create a disciplined yet encouraging environment for learning.

My Guitar teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and adapting to each student’s individual learning style. I believe that when students clearly understand the basics, they build confidence and enjoy learning more. I begin by understanding their musical goals, whether they want to play for personal enjoyment, academic exams, stage performances, band practice, or songwriting.
Based on their goals, I create a structured yet flexible lesson plan. Some students learn better through visual chord charts, some through listening exercises, and others through repeated hands-on practice. I adjust my teaching style accordingly. Along with Guitar techniques, I also teach Music Theory fundamentals, Chord Construction, Scale Practice, Rhythm Development, Ear Training, Song Structure, and basic Improvisation.
I use real-life song breakdowns to explain how chord progressions and rhythm patterns are applied in actual music. Students first master posture, tuning, finger coordination, and smooth chord transitions. As they progress, they explore advanced strumming, fingerstyle playing, solo building, and expressive dynamics. I provide structured practice guidance and regular feedback to ensure steady improvement and confidence building.
