About Phumlani
I am a qualified M+4 educator with Advanced Certificate in Teaching Physical Sciences, NPDE Senior phase in Mathematics and Sciences obtained from University of Free State and Matric. I’m registered with SACE as per Act no 31 of 2000. I’ve attended curriculum workshops such as NCS, RNCS, ANA, CAPS, JIKA IMFUNDO, PSRIP, CPTD, IQMS, QMS which has equipped me with knowledge and skills to capacitate other colleagues. I have also attended governance workshops such as SASA, EEA, SACE, PAM & ELRC on (Resolution 7 of 2001) about leave affairs for educators which helped me in assisting and managing educators' leaves. I’ve been mentoring newly appointed Heads of Departments for my neighboring schools. I’m familiar with education policies such as QLTC, ELRC Resolution No. 3 of 1999, Resolution No.6 of 2000; NCS, PIRLS and TIMMS of 2016 and 2019 respectively; SASA- Act 84 of 1996, policy of home education of November 2018, CPTD, IQMS and QMS-Quality Management System

I think he can be a good tutor because he is dedicated and he is a great teacher for the past 3 years. He is excellent in terms of explaining as well as practicals. I've knew him as a mentor as he is a D.H of the school I was teaching. He was willing to help and also like to learn from other.
