About Cole
Have not will not and will never have any student of the game I'm coaching and providing instruction be asked to do something that I cannot will not or have not done, and that I can guarantee. I stand behind the instructions I give and I stand up for any player I coach. And my most important and what I try to pride myself in doing particularly genuinely and authentically is giving always constructive criticism and never ever anything but. It's gotta be constructive to ensure respect and growth from the player. Growth is ultimately the prize at this stage of this game. Getting better learning things you previously were unaware of.

Have coaching pedigree in my family, have been a part of the culture and lifestyle of basketball going on 30 years. My understanding is well-rounded but in development for the entirety of my life. I look forward to being superbly innovative so listening to the players, my peers and just the game itself keeps me vital, with vitality. Continuously and permanently. I just recently was coach for a championship young adults team and the feeling is captivating. And I can and will only build on the success of which I had an addictive taste.
