About Rubal

Before I tell you what I'm going to teach, I think it's fair to tell you who I am and why I'm sharing it.

I've been playing football since I was around 10 years old. I've played at school level, regional level, and later captained my college team. Like most players, I spent years focusing on the physical side of the game—passing, dribbling, shooting, fitness, and hard work.

And don't get me wrong, those things matter.

But at some point, I realized there was another side of football that very few people were talking about.

A side where the game slowed down.

A side where I wasn't just reacting to opponents—I was influencing them.

I started understanding positioning, anticipation, decision-making, and how to make opponents do what I wanted them to do. Suddenly, football wasn't just about what my legs could do. It became about what my mind could see.

That realization changed the way I played the game.

Today, when I watch football, I often see incredibly skillful players who have spent years improving their technique, yet they're still only experiencing one half of the game.

That's why I'm sharing this.

Not because I'm claiming to know everything.

Not because I'm the most talented player you'll ever meet.

But because I've spent more than 14 years studying the game deeply and I've experienced firsthand how powerful football intelligence can be.

This is especially for players who love football, have been playing for years, and want to become better—even if they're not playing professionally.

Because sometimes the most difficult opponent on the pitch isn't the fastest, strongest, or most skillful player.

It's the player who understands the game better than everyone else.

And that's the side of football I want to help you discover.

About the lesson

What you're communicating is:

Football skills are visible, but football intelligence is hidden.

Most players spend their time learning how to pass, shoot, dribble, run, and tackle. Those are the physical parts of the game, and there are thousands of coaches and videos teaching them.

What you're focusing on is the part that happens before any physical action:

Reading the game

Understanding space

Anticipating opponents' movements

Making quick decisions

Positioning yourself correctly

Knowing where the ball will go next

Staying calm under pressure

A player with great physical ability can execute actions well.

A player with great football intelligence knows which action to execute, when to execute it, and why.

That's the idea behind:

> "People who play with their LEGS are playing the game. People who play with their MINDS are the REAL PLAYERS."

It doesn't mean physical skills aren't important. It means that at higher levels of football, the difference between good players and exceptional players is often their awareness, decision-making, and understanding of the game—not just their technique.
