Hi, I’m Genesis Diaz—a professional singer and vocal coach with many years of experience in the music industry and in guiding singers of all levels. My artistic journey has taken me to incredible stages, including appearances on NBC’s The Voice and Telemundo’s La Voz, where I had the honor of sharing my passion for music with millions of viewers. Beyond performing, I’ve dedicated myself to building a career that balances artistry with education, helping singers unlock their true vocal potential. With years of both professional performance and teaching experience, I understand the unique challenges singers face—whether it’s building confidence, expanding vocal range, or refining technique. My approach is personalized, supportive, and grounded in real-world performance experience. About the lesson

10 years of experience helping singers of all ages and skill levels discover and refine their voice. Whether you're a beginner dreaming of your first open mic, an intermediate artist polishing your technique, or a professional seeking advanced performance skills, my lessons are tailored to your goals. Trained in powerhouse vocals, R&B, soul, country etc. What I Teach: Breath control and diaphragmatic support Pitch accuracy and ear training Vocal range expansion and resonance techniques Song interpretation and emotional delivery Performance confidence and stage presence Genre-specific styles (e.g., pop, R&B, country etc.) My Teaching Style: Lessons are fun, supportive, and customized—think warm-ups that feel like a workout for your voice, plus plenty of real-song practice. Perfect! I thought I was a good singer before I met Genesis as I'm a 41yo male and experienced, but now I truly feel like a great singer. She took me through fundementals that I didn't know I was missing, and immediately picked out very specific skills I needed to work on, and came up with a plan to do it. She takes meticulate notes and shows she's clearly invested in your outcome. We even found styles that are more suited to my voice, and honed in more closely on what my "true" voice actually is. People have commented to me what a noticeable improvement they hear when I sing and I tell them credit goes to Genesis.
