About Zebina
I am Zebina, an artist and songwriter from West London. I write and create music at home and regularly perform at a variety of gigs across London.
I began writing songs three years ago. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but growing up feeling unheard and misunderstood, as well as experiencing heartbreak, led me to find comfort and clarity through music.
Songwriting became a way for me to express emotions honestly and turn personal experiences into meaningful work. This approach now shapes how I support and guide students, helping them feel confident, heard, and respected in a professional and supportive learning environment.

My technique to write music is simple. I encourage students to write the first thought that comes to their mind, based on their own experiences. Whether those experiences are sad, happy, or confusing, I help students express these emotions honestly through their hearts and put them down on paper.
I focus on emotional expression and authenticity in songwriting. I help students shape their ideas into songs, using lyrics, melody, and structure. I also use listening and discussion of other artists to inspire creativity and confidence.
I offer 1-hour lessons, giving students time to write, reflect, and develop their ideas.
I have written many songs based on my experience of performing and listening to other artists at gigs and live events. I also hold Grade 8 in Music and achieved a Grade 8 in Music GCSE.
My lessons are for all age groups. They are suitable for beginners and developing songwriters who want to express their emotions through music.
