About Cee

Kia ora koutou!
Nō Te Rarawa, nō Ngāti Kahu ki Whangaroa ahau, ko Cee tōku ingoa :) He tauira, he kaiako ahau.
My name is Cee and I hail from the far north of Aotearoa, from Te Rarawa and Ngāti Kahu ki Whangaroa iwi. I am a passionate tauira (student) and kaiako (teacher) of te reo Māori me ōna tikanga, with a desire to share all the mātauranga (knowledge) I've acquired over the years to others who share my passion of language revitalisation.

About the lesson

Having taught a variety of tauira with different learning styles, I know how important it is to understand and recognise the many ways in which people learn.
To me, teaching is a collaborative project between the tauira and I - learning about you as a person, your strengths and your goals, and bringing my own experiences to the table in order to weave together a kete to hold your newly found mātauranga.
