About Suzie
I am a dedicated and experienced tutor who is passionate about helping every child succeed. I believe that every child learns differently, so I adapt and tailor each lesson to suit their individual needs, strengths and learning style.
If a child is struggling with something, I will always make time to address it, even if it means adapting a planned lesson. My aim is to provide the support and reassurance the child needs to build their confidence and overcome any challenges they may face.
Most importantly, I want to take away some of the worries and pressures surrounding education, helping children feel confident, capable and excited to learn. My goal is for every child to not only make progress, but to enjoy learning and believe in themselves.

With over 15 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working across a wide range of roles within primary schools, from Key Stage 1 Lead, English Lead, Computing Lead, Safeguarding Lead to SENDCO, and have taught children across every year group.
Alongside my school-based experience, I have been providing private tutoring for over 10 years. I truly believe that every child deserves to feel confident, supported and valued in their learning. While school provides an excellent foundation, some children benefit from additional, personalised support to help them reach their full potential.
I believe that every child can achieve with the right support, resources and encouragement. My lessons are tailored to each individual child, taking into account their strengths, needs, interests and areas for development.
Lessons are one hour long and are designed to be engaging, supportive and purposeful, helping children build both their knowledge and confidence in a positive learning environment.
