About Dimple
Dear Reader, Thank you for choosing to pause and read my introduction. My name is Dimple Bharwani and I am from Indore, India. What brings me here? Passion for psychology, love for facilitating insights (teaching serving as the medium), and deep care for humans. I believe in the world within humans. The abundant potential. Let’s harness it together. Also, I am trying to gracefully receive knowledge and sincerely pay it forward in the form of teaching, and application, both. Join me in the process. Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology from Amity University, Jaipur, and Masters in Organizational Psychology from Mithibai College, Mumbai. During my bachelor's, I completed a minor degree in English Literature, along with a Value-added course in Behavioral Science, and Communication Skills. With the diverse range of subjects studied, I try to undertake an interdisciplinary and experiential approach in facilitating sessions. Teaching Experience: As an Institutor and Facilitator at YouमनPsychology, I have conducted 2 experiential batches of 15 sessions each covering a variety of Introductory Psychology topics. Undertaking a highly personalized and participatory approach with private tuitions, I taught research in Health Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Psychology of Learning, and Biological underpinnings of psychological processes. As I advance in my teaching journey, I have more questions than answers. And, I believe in the power of questions. Here is a question for you - What draws you towards learning? Research Interest: I intend to pursue interdisciplinary qualitative research for the exploration and empowerment of the Hijra [a term used for the transgender (male to a female) in Indian Subcontinent] Community and/or along the lines of diversity, inclusion, gender, marginalization, and prominently - social justice. What does ‘Justice’ mean to you? Let’s start the conversation. Hobbies and Co-curricular: I have come to realize that exploring and appreciating nature - within and out, drives me. Deeply. Apart from nurturing some plants and opening myself to the nurturance they offer, soaking sunlight and sipping water are my simple ways to cherish life. I attempted to learn horse riding, served as a co-leader of a drama club for a year, and currently am trying to play the flute. I try. I fail. I succeed. I learn. I redefine success and failure. You too do, I am sure. The co-curricular engagements help me diversify my skill set and add breadth to the range of experiences and examples I bring to the interactive sessions. Also, long walks and I am almost always in. Way Forward: In case of any query and/or need for further discussion, please connect back with me (+91 (concealed information)). I welcome any questions you may have. Should you be willing to discuss my experience, interests, and approach to the sessions, I will be happy to schedule a virtual meeting with you. I believe - “Work is love made visible.” Hope my love for psychology, learning, and teaching comes alive in the sessions for you too. Looking forward to an enriching learning experience with YOU. Once again, Thank You so much for meeting me via this introduction. I’d love to meet YOU too. Wishing you a meaningful and mindful day ahead.

I co-create the class content, learning goals, methodology, and the learning environment with the learner. In addition to that, I try to ensure that examples supplement every conceptual explanation and the class becomes engaging in unexpected (at times funny) ways. Furthermore, I am willing to teach and learn from any psychology enthusiast, with or without a psychology background.
Come, experience the class first hand.

Dimple is one of the best teachers. Her in-depth understanding of the topic makes her different from others. She uses live examples and personal experience to help her student understand the concept. Her classes are not restricted to merely learning the concepts but to understanding their significance and application in the real world.
I would give her a 10/10 for helping me understand the concepts of consumer psychology, community psychology.
Thank you for helping ma'am.I've known her for the past 5 years, and there isn't a single day when she is not teaching. The kind of knowledge she has is immense and more than that the willingness to give that knowledge makes her an incredible teacher.
Dimple is an amazing teacher. She knows her subject well and finds interesting ways to teach her students. She incorporates real life examples and clarifies all doubts. She has a passion for teaching and she does the job well. I would highly recommend her based on the classes I took with her. Don't hesitate to contact her for the same.
She not only explains the concept well but She also make sure that you (student) understand it well enough. And as it well said action speak better than words so you can try it by yourself
Ms.Dimple (Dimple didi, as I address her) tutored me for Psychology during my 11&12 grade. All I can say I was under great help, she didn’t just teach me to prepare well for exams but remember those lessons for life. I’m a student who learns through observation and she adapted herself to teach me accordingly connecting tiny things around us during class—it really hooked me & helped me remember theories.
