About Autumn
I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 3 years of teaching experience, helping school and college students develop their musical skills and confidence. I have successfully taught around 200 students with different learning levels and goals. My teaching focuses on building strong foundations in piano techniques, music theory, chords, scales, rhythm, sight reading, ear training, and performance skills. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to match their pace and interests. My goal is to create a supportive and creative learning environment where students enjoy playing piano, improve consistently, and develop a lifelong passion for music.

My teaching approach focuses on making piano learning enjoyable, comfortable, and effective for every student. I believe each student has a unique learning style, musical interest, and pace of progress, so I create personalized lessons that match their goals and abilities.
Flexibility is an important part of my teaching method. I adjust my lessons, practice plans, and learning materials based on each student's level and progress. Whether a student is a beginner or looking to improve advanced skills, I provide guidance that supports their individual journey.
Empathy and compassion help me create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their challenges and asking questions. I understand that learning an instrument takes time, so I provide patient guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to help students improve with confidence.
My piano lessons include essential topics such as piano techniques, finger exercises, posture, hand coordination, scales, chords, arpeggios, sight reading, rhythm, ear training, music theory, improvisation, accompaniment, song learning, and performance skills. I also help students develop musical expression, timing, and creativity while playing different styles of music.
Clear communication is a key part of my teaching. I explain concepts in simple ways, demonstrate techniques, and provide practical examples to make learning easier. Creativity is encouraged through exploring different songs, creating musical ideas, and helping students develop their own playing style.
My goal is to help students build strong piano foundations, improve their confidence, and enjoy the process of learning music. I aim to inspire students to become skilled and creative pianists while developing a lifelong connection with music.
