About Carson
I was primarily self taught from the age of 12 when I joined my youth worship team playing Bass Guitar. I learned everything else on the stage as the need arose. This includes, electric / acoustic guitars, piano, drums, and vocals.
I grew and took over the team as the leader at age 15 and began to teach those younger than myself so we could have a skilled/comfortable band. By age 17 I had developed a team of 20 teenagers, most of whom I had taught at one point in their journey.
I have now moved away from leadership in that team, having passed the torch to another skilled band director. I have taken the reigns of the drum kit in the adult congregation at my church. I switch from drums to bass most Sundays and I am respected for knowing my parts and going beyond to know the full song composition and being able to help others sort out their parts.
I have a deep love for learning, and I have an equally deep adoration for passing on my knowledge.

I have been teaching music since I was 15, that’s just under a decade of teaching. I have much experience teaching teenagers, and young adults. If you have a joy and passion and love for music, and you also have a drive to improve and excel, then I’m your tutor! I’m a massive cheerleader and I’ve had a lot of experience teaching different personalities with different needs.
I teach to you as a person. However you learn is how I’ll teach. My main desire is to equip those who have a love of music, with the skills to create and/or perform your own masterpieces!
I’ve written over 18 hours of music and it’s my favorite thing to do. But I couldn’t have done any of that without personal drive, and great teachers along the way.
