Shona helped me with my English lessons, and I honestly think I got a better grade because of her. She is calm and patient during her sessions, and helps explain elements I don't understand well. Shona is always punctual and on time to sessions, as well as being efficient and using the session time wisely to help me learn as much as possible. Every session left me feeling less and less nervous about English and doing bad, as i felt I learnt a lot of stuff in such a short amount of time. She used effective techniques to help me remember quotes etc. and really helped me to feel more confident in English and getting a more than good grade.
