About Esther
What makes me a great Tutor ? Over 15 years working in a real business environment, a passion for passing on my knowledge and fantastic ICT and organisational Skills.
I spent 3 years as an online Digital Champion and a further 2 years as assessor. I have helped people learn a variety of aspects of ICT - from turning the computer on (Nothing is every to basic), to helping with NVQ's in Business Admin and ICT to helping small businesses with creating complicated Excel Spreadsheets.

I fit my teaching method to the student, not the other way around when teaching on a 121 basis. When teaching a class I use a combination of methods and try to make it as interactive as possible, giving everyone the best chance to learning. I will often use resources that can be taken away as a reminder or reference for future use.
