About Daniela

Hi! I am a full-time designer with a part-time obsession with hobbies! I'm always rotating my interests outside of work- anything from needle crafts to app design is within my wheelhouse.
Crafts that I enjoy: crochet, embroidery, painting, 3D product design, sewing
My other hobbies: video games (cozy to shooters), reading (fiction and nonfiction)

I'm excited to introduce you to your next obsession! :)

About the lesson

My lessons are for first-timers to intermediate crafters. I love to be hands-on and do walkthroughs together so you can ask questions as we go.
For Crochet: We start with the basics, how to hold a needle and yarn, how to count stitches, and create basic stitches.
For Embroidery: We start with how to thread a needle, uses of embroidery, recommended practices depending on your project, and basic stitches.
I am mostly self-taught in both crafts, but I feel confident enough in both that I can create my own things or adjust patterns as needed. If you have a specific project in mind, we can totally walk through it together!

Perfect! Daniela is great!

Daniela's response
We had a very productive lesson! Keep practicing holding the yarn by wrapping it around your pinky and using your index finger to hold the straight line of yarn

Daniela is a great friend of mine and a super star crocheter!! We meet with friends weekly for a craft night and I'm always so impressed by the projects she is working on. She made a crochet version of my cat and it's so perfectly my kitty and so well done! I highly recommend Daniela to teach crochet, she is patient, very talented, kind and trustworthy. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to craft with her and see her teach others in all sorts of crafting projects!

Daniela is a patient, creative and amazing teacher. I’ve gone from absolutely zero craft skills to being able to crochet, embroider, and knit. All of the projects she does are so adorable and would make great gifts for friends and family.
