About Eve
I’ve been teaching guitar for over 5 years, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering with a focus on Guitar. My passion lies in improvisation across jazz and blues, where every lesson is an opportunity to create and explore. I guide students through modal scales, arpeggios, dominant seventh theory, and bebop phrasing, helping them build a distinct improvisational voice.
My teaching is supportive, engaging, and goal-oriented, suited for school students, hobbyists, and professionals. I’ve worked with intermediate and advanced players, including those preparing for live performances and professional projects. Lessons combine technical development, theory, and creative expression to produce real musical growth.

I use a systematic approach to help guitarists read music confidently. Lessons include standard notation, tablature, rhythm, and sight-reading exercises. Skills are built gradually to ensure lasting understanding.
I guide “The Classical Purist” and “The Jazz Explorer” in becoming fluent music readers. We focus on note recognition, rhythm accuracy, and reading in context, always applying theory to real playing. Exercises grow in complexity as students improve.
Students develop fluency in melodies, chords, and rhythms. Sight-reading is practiced consistently, building confidence with new pieces. I also emphasize expressive interpretation and connecting reading to improvisation.
The approach ensures students can approach any written music with ease. Together, we unlock the world of music notation and its creative possibilities.
