About Rithika
I am a recent Bsc Economics Graduate from the Univeristy of Exeter where I obtained a first class degree and was awarded with the Dean's Commendation.
I am hugely passionate about Economics and currently work as a researcher with an Economics focus. I also have experience working in a Microfinance bank and NGO in India where I could delve into my interest in development economics.
I have been a tutor for over four years and also have experience working at a day centre for children and adults with learning disabilities.

In our one hour sessions, I will guide you through content and (importantly) exam questions to ensure you have a strong and nuanced understanding of the content and are able to apply this adeptly.
I think a key strength to set yourself apart from other students (and just develop your understanding) is understanding examples and linking the theory to the real world and so I endeavour for my teaching to be guided by application wherever possible.
At the moment I am a researcher with an economics focus, but I have 4 years of experience tutoring. Last year, in recognition of my attainment and passion for the subject, I was selected to lead classes for first-year students. For this role I underwent extensive training that has been hugely formative in my teaching philosophy and also leading weekly university classes for a year has enabled me to refine my teaching capabilities.
I am really passionate about economics and missing teaching so I am incredibly keen to hear from any interested students!!
