Hello! I’m a qualified and experienced English teacher with over 15 years of teaching high school learners. I’m passionate about language and literature, and I truly believe that strong English skills open the door to success in every area of life. I’ve consistently helped my students achieve excellent results, with matric averages above 80% for the past five years. As a dedicated educator and mom, I understand the importance of patience, encouragement, and clear communication. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow in confidence. Teaching is not just my profession — it’s something I love deeply, and I find real joy in watching students succeed and discover their potential. With over 15 years of experience teaching high school English, I offer personalised, engaging lessons that focus on building confidence, mastering key concepts, and developing a true love for the subject. My approach is warm, structured, and student-centred — every lesson is tailored to the learner’s needs, whether it’s essay writing, literature analysis, exam preparation, or language support.

Lessons with me are interactive and supportive. I break down complex ideas clearly and provide practical tools and strategies students can apply immediately. I am fluent in English and offer instruction exclusively in English to strengthen students’ comprehension and expression.

I work with high school learners from Grade 8 to Matric. My lessons are ideal for students aiming to boost their marks, refine their writing, or simply gain confidence in English. With consistently strong results — including matric class averages above 80% — I’m committed to helping every student thrive.
