My classes are inclusive and adaptable for all age groups—whether you're looking to build fluidity in movement, master a new language, or simply embrace a more expressive lifestyle.
What to Expect in Each Session:
Warm-Up / Introduction (5–10 mins): Gentle movement or conversational practice to ease into the session and set the tone.
Core Session (30–40 mins):
Dance: Technique training, choreography, and expressive movement with a blend of fun and discipline.
Language: Structured conversation, vocabulary, grammar, and interactive exercises tailored to your goals.
Cool-Down & Reflection (10 mins): Stretching or review to consolidate learning, reflect on progress, and boost retention and flexibility—both mentally and physically.
