I teach with a whole-body approach. Meditations, visualizations are used to quiet self doubt and transcend writer's block. Free association exercises and personal journaling are used to navigate one's own emotional experiences to better develop character and capture the audience. Writing is a journey in itself, and often parallels the hero's journey we are telling.
