I believe in first determining each ones body capacity because you can't just hop in and expect to get that Zac Efron body in 3-4 months. Of course its possible provided you have a history of training. I believe that everyone knows how to help better themselves, all they need is a little guidance and correction and once its set to flow you can achieve greatness
