About Kayne

I have been assisting and helping people attain their mountain biking goals for years. I recently qualified as an internationally accredited MTB coach. I believe that mastering the basics will give the student the foundation to take their riding to any level they desire.

I am currently studying sport psychology so that I can assist and encourage you to go beyond what you thought was possible.

I can also assist you with getting your bike into tip top condition with personalized bike servicing options.

About the lesson

Without a solid foundation the rest doesn't matter. It is the starting point of mountain biking greatness. My investment in my students goes beyond the lessons, my goal is to see them excel at what they are doing.

We will work on area's that require assistance and only progress once the student has the confidence to do so.

I met Kayne 2 years ago when I embarked on my cycling journey. At the time I thought I knew everything about cycling what with me being an ex BMX racer. Little did I know.
Fast Forward a year and a couple of bikes later, sone serious falls and a decision to invest in myself. I booked a course and WOW.
Kayne has the patience that only a genuinely passionate coach possesses. In the year that I have worked with Kayne, I have not only improved in confidence but participated in my first downhill race placing 6th overall. This would never have happened if it wasn't for this amazing coach.
Kayne is still my coach and together we are working on improving my fitness and endurance for Stage racing in 2021.
I highly recommend Coach Kayne if you want the best in the business.
