My teaching approach begins by understanding the learner’s current level of knowledge. From there, I like to present them with a problem or scenario that matches their ability—like designing an algorithm or solving a practical programming challenge.
If the student is unsure about a particular idea, I adapt the lesson to focus on that area, deepening their understanding before returning to the problem at hand.
My classes are always student-led; I encourage students to explain their thought process, discuss their ideas, and share how they might solve the problem. This interactive style helps them build confidence and develop practical skills, while I guide them with hints and suggestions to keep them moving in the right direction.
Students can also specify the training need and course content will be customized based on student needs.
