About Andrea
I'm Andrea Martinez, a singer and vocal coach from Cape Town, South Africa.
I've been singing all my life and have had classical and contemporary vocal training since I was 7 years old, and piano training since the age of 8.
Throughout my school years I was involved in multiple school and external musical productions, and have participated in and won provincial talent shows.
In 2017, I had the opportunity to represent my school and South Africa as the lead in a musical production at the Star Theatre in Singapore.
In 2019, after attending multiple national performance workshops, I performed in a talent showcase in Orlando, Florida and attended workshops hosted by industry professionals.
Singing is my passion, and I'm here to guide and encourage you, step by step, to reach your fullest singing potential!

I provide a thorough vocal examination of my clients to determine which of my methods to use to improve their skill efficiently, gain confidence and ensure that their best potential is brought out.
My vocal lessons are online and in English.
Lessons will include in-depth warm ups and exercises that focus on the essential aspects of good singing, such as: breathing, register balance, range building, etc. We will also focus on one or two songs of your choice to build your repertoire.
Beginners and Intermediate vocal students welcome!

Perfect! Andrea was really kind and interested, she asked questions and listened. She didn't just hand over one-size-fits-all advice, and altered her provisions to meet my specific needs. She's very conscientious, writing out all the lesson notes and emailing them through for revision.
